  • Your task:

    • Responsibility: Our sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and optimization
    • Excellent store management: Inventory management, checkout, product presentation
    • Your team: You assemble a committed team and motivate your employees
    • Be the BÄR sales specialist: Competent and personal advice for satisfied customers
    • Keep an eye on the figures: You ensure sales targets are achieved and optimize sales performance
    • Communication and organizational talent: You coordinate the correct implementation of the entire store concept in close cooperation with the responsible team at headquarters

    • You bring a high level of personal commitment and entrepreneurial thinking
    • You enjoy sales and interacting with people
    • You always act with a customer- and service-oriented approach
